Purchasing consultant with solid experience in demanding industrial and technical environments, I support companies in structuring, optimizing, and managing their purchasing function.

After several years within a large international industrial group (notably at Safran), I worked on strategic purchasing areas in close collaboration with technical, quality, supply chain, and project teams. I developed a strong ability to understand complex issues and build lasting relationships with suppliers.

Today, as an independent consultant, I provide both operational support and purchasing strategy structuring, in contexts of transformation, growth, or supply chain tension.

I am accustomed to working in multicultural and remote environments, with various stakeholders (technical, finance, management, international suppliers).
