Client:

- Information Systems Modernization Service for Human Resources for Education (SEMSIRH) – Ministry of National Education: strategic steering and functional business analysis for several national HR applications of the ministry, particularly GPEEC.

- National Directorate of Domain Interventions (DNID - DGFiP): strategic steering and support for the technical aspects of a project to implement an auction platform.

- Evaluation of public policies in the Sports, Health, Solidarity, and Modernization Policies division (PMS3)

_Critical work and reflection on the 2018 regional policy report on disadvantaged neighborhoods

_Updating data concerning disadvantaged neighborhoods in the Île-de-France region (INSEE data…)

_Liaison with the various divisions, analysis, and valorization of public policies implemented during the 2015-2021 mandate

- Ensures macroeconomic and financial monitoring of Mexico, Central American countries, and the Caribbean.

- Supports the development and monitoring of major contracts for French companies in Mexico.

- Monitors Mexico's trade policy (USMCA, TPP, etc.).

- Conducts studies and reports on the economic, commercial, and sectoral situation and policies of Mexico.

- Prepares and attends bilateral meetings (ministerial, economic, institutional).

- Contributes to the development of France's opinions for development projects financed by multilateral organizations (IMF, IDB, etc.)
