Participate in defining the communication strategy of the community, and in particular participate in defining and implementing the digital communication strategy.

Participate in the creation, animation, and evolution of the community's websites and portals, particularly by producing and managing content. Manage digital projects in line with the community's digital communication strategy.

Design digital media: participate in the animation of the community's portals and websites by managing their updates, their evolutions in terms of functionalities, sections and content, ergonomics, and technologies. Also develop site visibility and define a referencing strategy.

Manage digital projects: evaluate existing tools (traffic monitoring and analysis, content quality), define needs for writing specifications, manage and coordinate the project, plan and execute the project timeline and implementation, define technological choices in conjunction with IT, supervise the development and implementation of the tool, supervise the launch.

Technological watch: monitor new web software and hardware

Member of RIL (IT & Freedom Relay) within the Territorial Identity, Culture and Sport Delegation

Implementation of the new intranet for the Normandy platform and contribution to its animation and evolution, and production and online publication of content.

Monitor Intranet and Internet sites to correct any missing links or typos;

Animate communities. Reflect on the production of new functionalities;

Carry out monthly reporting of site usage statistics;

Design and produce innovative internal communication tools and materials;

Participate in the organization of internal events.
