Following the acquisition of Bolloré Logistics by CMA CGM, an IT systems migration was carried out to transfer all cloud infrastructures and services from Bolloré's Azure tenants to CMA CGM's. This transition aimed to standardize environments, ensure business continuity, optimize costs, and enhance data security within the group's new IT organization.

• Implement the deployment of infrastructures as code (Infrastructure as Code - IaC).

• Establish deployment and API update processes via CI/CD pipelines.

• Define and apply best practices for Ops processes.

To make Azure subscription governance and usage simpler and more secure, new subscriptions were created to meet this need. In this regard, a large-scale migration operation was implemented to move to the new subscriptions, as well as migrating repositories from Azure DevOps to GitHub, including pipelines.

My role was to:

- Propose migration plans based on each project's context

- Assist with migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub

- Help migrate Azure resources while considering new constraints.

In the context of datacenter closure, the goal was to migrate and modernize the workload (Move to cloud).

My main responsibilities were defining the technical architecture and setting up a secure platform to host the applications and databases to be migrated, while respecting Mercedes standards.
