La Coopérative Bio d'Ile de France is a company specializing in the distribution and processing of organic agricultural products. The main clients are organic stores in the Paris region and school catering services. I joined the company in 2019 to set up the factory, recruit the teams, and implement the processes. I was also a member of the cooperative's board of directors.

Factory Creation - Project Manager:

-Supervision of building construction: Area: 1300m² - Budget: €2.8M

-Definition of needs, supplier selection, negotiation, and commissioning of 3 production lines for raw and cooked prepared vegetables (~€1M)

-Definition and implementation of processes (Production orders, traceability, quality management…)

-Response to 2 calls for projects from the region and the department – Subsidy of €150k + €50k Factory Management (450t/year – Revenue €1M)

Site Manager:

-Management of planning, supplies, quality, and maintenance

-Continuous improvement

-Recruitment

-Team management (Assistant + 3 to 6 operators)

-Definition and update of cost prices

R&D:

-Development of a legume brand in jars sold in over 70 stores in the Paris region (Labels, communication, recipes, formats)

-Development of recipes, pasteurization and sterilization parameters, and validation of DLUO and DLC

- Support for 19 industrial SMEs and mid-sized companies, including 14 within the framework of the "Usine du Futur" (Factory of the Future) program in the Grand Est and Nouvelle Aquitaine regions.

- Establishment of Industry 4.0 roadmaps and review of operational planning

- Analysis and optimization of processes from customer demand to delivery at an industrial equipment supplier
