I structure the commercial engine for B2B SMEs and scale-ups: ICP segmentation, CRM pipeline organization, qualification process, sales/marketing alignment, revenue reporting. I intervene in both short-term framing (audit, 2-week sprint) and long-term support (fractional ops lead).
