• Assessed the company's readiness for NIS2 by comparing the directive's requirements with the IS policy, discussing with technical managers, and analyzing the maturity of existing practices. This work helped identify key security gaps and establish a clear baseline for remediation actions and future compliance audits.

• Monitored vulnerabilities using Rapid7 InsightVM, CVSS scores, asset information, and feedback from technical teams. This approach allowed for better prioritization of actions and focusing efforts on the most critical risks.

• Created KPI/KRI dashboards using data from Rapid7, EDR, Active Directory, and operational teams. These dashboards reduced the preparation time for security meetings and provided the CISO, infrastructure teams, and management with a common view of the security posture.

• Coordinated the migration of over 500 end-of-life Windows and RHEL servers using a centralized CMDB and weekly progress tracking. The entire scope was covered, with better tracking of responsible parties, dependencies, and migration progress.

• Contributed to the cybersecurity awareness program: drafted compliance-oriented questions for mandatory assessments, prepared content for the monthly newsletter, phishing campaigns, and fake USB drive drop tests. These actions confronted employees with concrete social engineering risks and embedded awareness into internal communications.

• Provided first-level IT support through ServiceNow ticket management, remote troubleshooting, and on-site interventions within the industrial environment. Coordinated common requests with the international support team to quickly restore user services and ensure proper escalation of incidents requiring further attention.

• Participated in the migration of workstations from Windows 7 to Windows 10: created and deployed images, installed business applications, restored data, favorites, and user settings. Each workstation was verified before return to minimize user impact and ensure a fully operational environment.
