I was in charge of organizing the 5th edition of the Innovation Open House in Paris and a Virtual Job Fair, from May 5th to 6th, 2022.

The objective of the open house was to organize sessions in the offices of innovation players in Paris to showcase its richness. The virtual world was there to connect more broadly and offer opportunities to even more people. The conferences presented other French and international ecosystems. Unfortunately, the event could not take place (damn covid).

This position offered me the opportunity to evolve in various diversified missions:

The BDS was in charge of organizing the integration weekend for the Yschools institution in collaboration with the BDE (Student Union). I had previously had various experiences in event organization within the school, and this project was the most significant I had undertaken during my association activities at the school.

In total, we gathered and supervised 140 students.

Internal missions:

✅ Budget management and planning.

✅ Implementation of the security system to minimize risks.

✅ Creation of a teaser for the WEI communication.

✅ Organization and setup of activities.

✅ Coordinator and manager during the event.
