- Developing a multi-currency digital banking mobile application product for UAE Exchange and Travelex groups (FX and remittance industry specialists)

- Managing SEPA, SWIFT implementations with other banks

- Developing new relationships with international banks for Nostro accounts opening

- Selecting payment services providers and IT partners and managing relationships

- Designing operational and IT processes for Payments (SEPA, SWIFT, FasterPayments), FX retail

- SPOC of the core banking provider

- UX design of the mobile application from the onboarding process to the payment initiation

- In charge of the SEPA & Swift payments & Overdraft

• Define, gather and analyze requirements for each asset - running or assisting in workshops

• Ensure the completion of the analysis of business requirements, including the definition of requirements scope, solution design, plan, timescales

• Provide a full training of the XML ISO 20022 format to BotW colleagues

• Carry out feasibility study and assess potential impacts in GCH side- Define objectives and schedule

• Produce functional specification for IT's development

• Prepare test cases, arrange, coordinate and handle UAT, implementation and post go-live support - End to end testing for each country and for each functionality implemented

• Daily scrum session with US teams, weekly status reports

• Identify and capture the risks and exceptions and subsequently monitor, track and manage them

• Produce appropriate communication, documentation & education to target audiences (customer specifications, training sessions for the front office)

• Support marketing and pre-sales activities through contributing to propositions in response to potential client and/or sector challenges and issues

• Redaction of all the technical & functional specifications

• Execute the test cases and report the defects (Mercury Quality Center)

• Track the defects in Quality Center and exchange with the IT team and Marketing

• Control the correction of the defects (rejection or validation)

• Provide a reporting to the head of qualification

• Daily scrum meeting sessions when required
