Context: within the Millenium train of the DSI, for the Data Counters base aimed at decommissioning a legacy data warehouse and consolidating finance and risk data sources, and allowing their provision via monthly reports, then for the Repositories base aimed at building several repositories centralizing, managing (data governance) and making reference data (golden sources) available, and allowing reliable service to business uses

Coaching: support and mentor 5 agile teams of different maturity levels towards autonomy, train employees in agility and good practices, carry and promote continuous improvement, guarantee the implementation of the SAFe framework and its execution, remove obstacles encountered, strengthen product ownership and keep focus on achieving objectives

Consulting: organize and facilitate agile events (iteration planning, daily scrum, iteration review, iteration retrospective), address our dependencies during cross-functional synchronizations (ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums), support the Product Owner in the preparation and execution of PIs & PI Plannings: team capacity, prioritization of subjects (WSJF), feature readiness, breakdown and costing of subjects, definition of PI objectives and conditions for recognition of business value (BV), risk monitoring (ROAM), bring the community of Scrum Masters of the train to life, advance areas for improvement (kaizens)

Management: equip teams with the tools necessary to monitor their delivery (reports, dashboards and Jira structures, KPI of predictability, commitment, confidence and velocity, monitoring of contingencies, application sanity check and run monitoring)

Context: within the Data for Business program, for the People Repository project aimed at consolidating savings and insurance data sources, improving their quality via the Semarchy Master Data Management (MDM) platform and establishing the data reference (data quality) for Cardif France processes, customer journeys and applications, and enabling an improvement in customer knowledge and their 360 vision

Product Management & Ownership: challenge businesses with regard to the definition and prioritization of their needs in a continuous exploration approach, define a macro-costed annual roadmap and its quarterly MVPs, perform the slicing of epics and features, write the stories, their acceptance criteria, their use cases and their tests and validate the functionalities delivered during the receipts (intra-team, end-to-end, GO PROD, VABF, users)

Scrum Master: set up a Scrum framework from scratch, lead change management: set up DoR/DoD, size features in T-Shirt, deploy a grooming board, install a culture of psychological safety and feedback, monitor delivery, support businesses on the agility of their practices, work on the notion of collaboration, be a reference for agile culture and know how to convince of its challenges

Context: within the Technology Management Services France division, aimed at advising, coaching and upskilling the squads of the 5 other IT France divisions on their agile (Spotify) and waterfall (PRINCE2) project management issues, and enabling support for delivery and infrastructure teams on the optimization of their processes within the framework of an agile transformation of European regulatory projects (TARGET2 - Securities)

Agile squads: train managers (project, test, technical and functional) in the fundamentals of agility and the implementation of agile practices at scale (mindset, artifacts, events, good practices) and lead the weekly Scrum Master guild

Waterfall squads: audit (as is) and optimize (to be) the delivery process, produce regular deliverables for sponsors, present the final project in English before the project committees France and Belgium ~ 100 people
