• Design logistics flows adapting them to predetermined Incoterms (Purchasing vs. Sales Incoterms)

• Implement ROAD SURVEY to ensure supply security (Port to site)

• Source, challenge, and select logistics providers responsible for flows

• Draft documentation package (Invoice, Packing list, exemption request, EUR1, etc.)

Over 7 years, I have established and built logistics networks for the construction of photovoltaic panel power plants, each containing between 500 and 40,000 panels:

- In France: organized procurement from China and Europe. I established networks and tools to facilitate site management for project managers by designing resilient routes and leveraging my experience with risks and a selected, adaptable network.

- Internationally: Tunisia, Kenya, Burkina Faso, Kazakhstan, Senegal, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Guiana, and Reunion.

I developed, created, and managed the entire supply chain, including optimizing customs clearance.

I ensured traceability to allow site managers and construction teams to have a detailed, consolidated status of equipment packed in containers.

Through upstream design of logistics routes and the selection of high-performing partners, I ensured that en-route material could be removed from containers and put into stock to limit costs related to penalties for container detention, especially during the confinement period (COVID19).
