As the Studies Performance Lead at EQUANS, on SIL4 railway projects (Platform Screen Doors market) for lines 16/17 and 18 of the Grand Paris, I manage the overall coordination of engineering activities during the design and execution phases. I define the budget for study departments and plan the activities of the various technical teams (System, Sub-system, Cybersecurity, FMDS, V&V, SLI...) to ensure project milestones are met.

My role involves coordinating teams, structuring the organization, and ensuring the achievement of performance, cost, and deadline objectives. The ultimate goal is to obtain favorable evaluation certificates issued by our ISAs, which are essential for validating the safety files for the design and execution phases.

I base my actions on planning, agile management, the implementation of performance indicators, and team reorganization when necessary. These levers have significantly improved productivity, reduced lead times, and strengthened the robustness of engineering processes.

On assignment at EQUANS, I hold the position of Interface Manager on the Grand Paris Express lines 16, 17, and 18 platform screen door (FdQ) projects. My role is to ensure technical and contractual consistency between our FdQ product and all external companies involved in the project (civil engineering, finishing trades, passenger information, advertising, etc.).

I manage the complete interface process: identifying scopes, analyzing cross-dependencies, updating contractual boundaries, and coordinating exchanges between the different markets. The closure of interfaces is formalized by drafting and validating the Technical Interface Specifications (STI/SID), documents that commit all parties and define the chosen technical solutions as well as each party's responsibilities.

In parallel, I participate in the inter-market synthesis phase, aiming to resolve technical conflicts using the overall BIM model. In this context, I coordinate the internal BIM team: defining update requirements, planning work, and quality control before distribution.

As an Account Manager for Lumiplan's Ground Transport division, I managed the complete coordination of about fifteen projects, from order receipt to the on-site installation of Passenger Information Displays (BIV).

I led the scope analysis, client meetings, and requirements clarification. I planned and coordinated all project phases (studies, procurement, production, installation) and ensured the availability of necessary resources to meet deadlines.

Finally, I was responsible for milestone invoicing and client communication to ensure the proper execution of projects and the satisfaction of my client portfolio.
