I designed and deployed Rob, **an internal AI agent that automates the most time-consuming tasks of the FIT department**: drafting supplier emails, generating coordination sheets, producing premium client programs, standardized quotes, and transmitting invoices. In v2.1, Rob integrates Alfred: an inbox analysis module that connects to Gmail, reads unread emails, and returns a prioritized task list with AI-generated draft responses in one click — without leaving the interface.

What used to take 30 to 45 minutes is now done in less than a minute. The tool is in production, used daily by 7 project managers — 7 active modules.

Management of accommodation for major international events: Roland-Garros, Summit of La Francophonie, professional congresses, and trade shows.

Coordination with partner hotels: negotiation of room blocks, dispute resolution, and real-time emergency management.

Oversight of complex processes involving multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines, with the rigor and responsiveness essential for this type of event.

Development of communication strategies for startups and SMEs, with native integration of AI tools in content production and monitoring.

Writing press releases, opinion pieces, white papers, and newsletters by leveraging LLMs to increase speed and quality, without sacrificing the editorial line.
