• BPCE Group:Analysis and audit of project documentation, data reporting, and facilitation of meetings with project managers. The final objective is to determine project performance to calculate the group's overall performance, a key indicator for calculating profit-sharing bonuses.
• Alcyon:Conducted a complete functional audit of business software to value the asset for resale to a group subsidiary.

Tasks performed:

• Audit and Methodological Analysis (IFPUG):Critical analysis of project documentation and audit of functional flows. Facilitated investigation workshops with Project Managers to reconstruct the progress and complexity of deliverables/projects.
• Business Meetings:Organized meetings with project managers to explain the methodology and conclude an audit.
• Report Writing:Wrote internal documents.
• Business Intelligence:Created a comprehensive Power BI report for KPI monitoring, set up an ETL (Talend), and managed a PostgreSQL database.
