Gridky is a SaaS platform that aggregates real estate programs from nearly 1000 developers across France. The tool is primarily intended for wealth management advisors to help them find real estate properties for their clients to invest in.

Over time, the team size varied between 5 people (PO + 4 devs) and 14 people (2 PO + 12 devs).

- Restructured the codebase to transition from a large legacy monolith to a project divided into business domains.
- API-enabled the entire platform to allow our front-end (currently being refactored) and our partners to interact with our system.
- Complete technical overhaul of Gridky's key product: a PDF summary comparing several real estate properties and presenting a financial simulation over a 30-year period. The old system was massive and untestable, necessitating a new design.
- Performance optimizations on high-volume processes (approximately 60,000 real estate properties to update every hour).
- Took responsibility within the project for implementing best development practices by the development team (implementation of automated tools ensuring code standards - Pint, PHPStan, Rector - as well as our implementations - Factories, DTOs, Transformers).
