Serial entrepreneur in communication and event management, I founded in 2015 a company specializing in measuring emotional intensity "Heart Never Lies". I lived for 5 years alongside researchers and professors in cognitive science, a discipline that fascinated me. So much so that I decided to dedicate most of my time from now on to transmitting this knowledge. I realized that Marketing Departments and Top Management have grasped the importance of integrating emotions into value creation processes. Nevertheless, many questions remain: what can we expect from applied neuroscience? What are its limits? What techniques to use? How to integrate them into the company with the buy-in of employees? The last 50 years have been extremely rich in discoveries about how the brain works, the applications are multiple and especially in the interest of the company's stakeholders. Our brains created artificial intelligence to free up cerebral resources. We must update our knowledge on the functioning of this strange and distant planet that is our brain. Knowing our brain better means knowing each other better and thus improving company performance.
