- Bernardi (6 months): ERP Strategy The mission aimed to assess the existing non-sustainable solution and define the best replacement solution to support Bernardi's business. • Analysis of the existing application's functional & technical architecture. • Analysis of Bernardi's functional needs. • Benchmark of existing ERP solutions to validate functional and financial compatibility. • Development of a strategic plan to manage the obsolescence of the current solution.

- Total (5 months): Data Project Manager For TGITS (Total's IT Branch): Managed cloud-oriented data projects. • Functional scoping and solution proposal (Azure & AWS cloud). • Architecture scoping (Security, Coherence, Total compliance policies, …). • Project cost estimation. • Management of the solution's Build project.

- University of La Rochelle (4 months): IT Master Plan Development of the IT master plan for the University of La Rochelle, following the success of the UPPA master plan using the same approach.

- Canal de Provence (3 months): Urbanization around CRM function Definition of Canal de Provence's strategy to improve commercial relationship management.

- Ministry of the Armed Forces (10 months): Development of the Plantigrade solution architecture. End-to-end design of the new maintenance planning solution for the entire French Navy fleet (from the Charles de Gaulle to small training vessels).

- Ministry of the Armed Forces (6 months): Development of the Siamoi solution architecture. Development of the functional architecture for planning all tasks to be performed during ship maintenance periods (the functional follow-up to Plantigrade).

- TechnicAtome (3 months): Business solution benchmark. Architecture expertise around integrating technical drawing solutions within TechnicAtome's IT system (Technical coherence, integration & security).

- Airbus Helicopters (4 months): Architecture study for implementing a configurator. High-level architecture study to mitigate risks associated with implementing a helicopter configuration tool (PROS CPQ).

- Airbus Helicopters (8 months): IT Urbanization. IT system urbanization study for Airbus to enable the decommissioning of a central IT system component handling CRM, ITSM, Master Data, Contract Management, etc.
