Experienced IT Consultant, I have been working for several years within the IT departments of large groups to support the implementation and deployment of solutions in complex, international, and multicultural environments.

I help bridge the gap between business and technical teams to ensure project success, while respecting deadlines, budgets, and performance objectives.

I master the entire project lifecycle: functional analysis, writing of technical and functional specifications, development coordination, planning and execution of tests (QA, UAT), cut-over management, and change management through dedicated training sessions.

Accustomed to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (business, IT, support, development), I establish clear governance and regular reporting among all stakeholders.

I am also familiar with Agile environments and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow, allowing me to ensure rigorous management and fluid communication.

Although not originally from a technical background, I have acquired a solid understanding of system architectures, data flows, and application constraints, which enables me to communicate effectively with development teams and anticipate operational impacts.
