Antoine De Broucker

In order to support an innovative project led by a hospital practitioner from CHU Lille, I created with my team a care pathway management platform for dental agenesis (rare disease). Each of the 3 stakeholders (patients, doctors, CHU) can thus benefit from a place to consult all documents related to oral rehabilitation, find information on the disease, and improve multidisciplinary care.

As project manager (co-founder), my main role is to ensure the development and maintenance of the new platform. This project has been in pre-incubation at Eurasanté since September 2022.

I created a 100% digital web agency to support businesses that had not yet embraced the digital transformation. We started with a simple observation: French businesses are much less equipped with websites than their European neighbors. For this target audience, I decided to offer turnkey websites via the WordPress CMS. One of our major clients is the Revue de la Défense Nationale, for which the agency ensures its maintenance and future website redesign.

As Project Manager, my main role is to manage the development of the various websites we have signed through the agency.

Scoping
