Trained in business engineering and project management, I have been managing complex real estate operations, industrial or tertiary, for over 17 years. My guiding principle: making real estate profitable and secure for my clients. Thanks to a solid professional English, I am also able to effectively support international players in their projects in France.

I am convinced that a real estate project carried out without support is a certain financial risk. Faced with rising rates, increasing construction costs, and shrinking margins, project leaders today must contend with greater complexity, but also more opportunities – provided they are well-supported. Rigorous support allows for securing each stage, making the right decisions at the right time, and aiming for a concrete return on investment. In a market where some players struggle to stay afloat, the solidity of management and technical expertise make all the difference. Too many projects fail due to a lack of expert oversight from the outset. My role: to avoid pitfalls, enhance good ideas, and transform a vision into a sustainable achievement.
