As a Learning Coach:

• Support the learner in developing their skills to aim for their diploma

• Answer their questions about training content, exercises, multiple-choice questions, and case studies

• Ensure follow-up in the preparation of the various elements necessary for obtaining their diploma (thesis, professional portfolio, defense, etc.)

As a Jury Member:

• Ensure that the session organization conditions are satisfactory (compliance with standards)

• Objectively evaluate candidates' work and validate their skills and aptitudes for the job targeted by the qualification

• Deliberate and decide on the awarding of the qualification

• Communicate the results to the candidates

• Draw up the minutes of the session

Daily rate: from 300 euros

Flexible for companies

As a Qualiopi certified training organization, the training I provide is eligible for funding by various bodies (OPCO, conventional fund, FNE, FSE, regional council, etc.).

As I cannot provide in-person training outside of the Île-de-France region, I created Flèche Formations. My goal is to be able to respond to all the recruitment challenges that training centers/organizations and companies may face regarding trainers.
