Role
As Interim CTO:

I conducted an audit of business needs to identify the daily challenges of kinesiologists and propose adapted technical solutions.

I automated the extraction of data from PDF documents containing rehabilitation protocols, thus avoiding the manual entry of a large volume of information.

•I contributed to the development of an AI for movement assistance, allowing patients to receive real-time advice to improve their posture and execution.

I designed and developed an application for practitioners, focused on monitoring patient progress, as well as one for patients, offering them tools to manage their exercises independently.
