Antoine Chauvin

As a freelancer at 1Glink, I primarily work as a front-end developer/web integrator, with a strong focus on UX/UI, product, and art direction, on two business web applications.

I work daily on integrating and developing interfaces in HTML, SCSS, and Angular, within an application environment connected to a Java backend. I do not directly intervene on the Java side, but I collaborate with the technical team to translate business needs into clear, coherent, and usable interfaces.

My role is not limited to visual integration. I also participate in product thinking: I propose improvement ideas, design screens, integrate them, and then test them to iterate on real usage. I also gather needs and feedback from users concerned by the applications, which allows me to identify friction points and improve the ergonomics of the user journeys.

On Lya, an AI-assisted CV analysis solution, I design and develop complex interfaces for recruiters: data tables, advanced filters, scores, badges, dashboards, analysis reports, candidate journeys, and reusable components.

On OKKO, a functional testing validation application, I am involved in front-end, UX/UI, and art direction. I created the project's name, logo, visual identity, graphic universe, mockups, and interface principles.

I work within a team composed of 2 interns, a back-end developer, a Python developer, and a technical project manager. This organization allows me to contribute to front-end production, interface consistency, and the transformation of functional needs into concrete solutions.

I also work on the company's showcase website, developed in PHP, mainly on the integration, styling, and improvement of pages.

At Direct Assurance, a brand of the AXA group, I worked for several years on web integration, UX/UI, and improving digital journeys with high business stakes.

I notably contributed to the CAR-E project, Direct Assurance's car insurance subscription form, a journey cited by Google. My role combined HTML/SCSS integration, responsive design, mobile-first approach, screen visual quality, and UX/UI mockups for key stages.

One of my most significant contributions concerns the pricing page of the car insurance journey, which I helped to graphically design and integrate. This evolution contributed to a significant improvement in the journey's performance, with approximately 30% more additions to the cart compared to a previous version, as well as an increase in the average value of carts.

I also worked on the health insurance form, the customer personal space, and the claims web space, working on complex public-facing interfaces requiring clarity, trust, readability, graphic consistency, and ease of use.

This experience gave me real rigor in conversion-oriented interfaces: HTML/SCSS integration quality, responsive design, maintainability, information hierarchy, reduction of user friction, and constant attention to business objectives.

I was also a correspondent for AXA Atout Cœur, the AXA group's solidarity association, an internal commitment that complements my career within the company.

Consulting mission for Direct Assurance, a brand of the AXA group, via Eleven Labs, primarily focused on the CAR-E project, the online car insurance subscription process.

Between 2017 and 2019, I contributed to the creation and improvement of this strategic process, designed to modernize the car insurance quote experience, simplify form steps, improve offer readability, and increase conversion.

My role combined HTML/SCSS integration, responsive design, mobile-first approach, screen visual quality, and UX/UI contribution for key stages. I notably participated in creating mockups, information hierarchy, ergonomics improvement, and interface integration into production.
