• ▪ CAD design from the blank sheet to the FM (Flight Model) with PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, component sizing by FEM and physical modeling of sub-assemblies. Selection of materials and surface treatments. Creation of part and assembly drawings, production of prototypes and various demonstrators, tooling for assemblies and test benches (MGSE).

• Responsible for the integration and qualification campaign for the mechanical part and secondarily for the thermal part. Drafting of all mechanical assembly procedures and responsible for the assembly and integration (planning and cleanroom assembly) of the rovers and the flight model into the lander.

•▪ Management of sizing and calculation activities, and creation of prototypes and tooling definitions.

•▪ Creation and facilitation of definition and justification reviews/dossiers.

•▪ Technical expertise in thermomechanics with the R&D department.

•▪ Technical management of a team of technicians.

•▪ Creation of CAD models for the development of new product lines (using GSD, IMA, and PDM) with topological optimization and drawing creation.

•▪ Mechanical sizing, topological optimization, and "organic" re-design of parts in CATIA for metallic 3D printing according to customer specifications.

•▪ Drafting of calculation notes justifying mechanical integrity and compliance with specifications.
