I supported Infogreffe in a strategic project to migrate and completely modernize its information system to Microsoft Azure. This 18-month project aimed to ensure a secure and sustainable digital transformation, focusing on performance, resilience and IT governance.

🔹 My key responsibilities:

Cloud migration management: contribution to the steering committee, monitoring of milestones and orchestration of critical switchover phases.

Agile coordination: role of Release Train Engineer within the SAFe framework, coordination of 3 feature teams and synchronization of deliveries.

Industrialization: implementation and standardization of deployment processes (CI/CD, IaC).

Security & governance: support on authentication (AD/Keycloak), access management and strengthening of IS resilience.

Strategy and orientation: contribution to the Cloud modernization vision and optimization of the architecture according to a FinOps approach (cost, performance, sustainability).

🔹 Sizing projects:

Account and access management for 400,000 users.

Orchestration of the switchover weekend: management of hundreds of sub-tasks for the shutdown, migration and restart of critical services, with a peak of 300k visitors upon reopening.
