My background, between social science research and applied research in product or service design, makes me a hybrid profile. Over 7 years in agencies, I've worked for prestigious and diverse clients, from Kering to Accor, Roche and Biogene, Decathlon, Michelin, SNCF, Enedis, and GRT, etc.

For these clients, I've had the opportunity to lead all types of UX projects: from redesigning user journeys (digital or not) to creating services from scratch, defining strategic directions (internal), developing internal Research Ops, or facilitating co-creation workshops!

After a PhD in digital sociology (Paris-IV) and four years in higher education and research, I decided to join a service design agency as a Senior UX Researcher.

In this role, I had the opportunity to work for companies from very diverse sectors – from healthcare to luxury, energy, sports, press, hospitality, automotive, banking, insurance, tourism, catering, mobility, etc. I also encountered projects of various natures – from redesigning web interfaces to creating loyalty programs, optimizing user journeys (customer or employee), developing business tools, creating UX training, defining strategic directions, optimizing reception areas, etc.

Demanding regarding user research methodologies and eager to apply them to constantly evolving challenges, my versatility allowed me to rise to the position of Lead UX Researcher. In this role, I was responsible for developing tailor-made research methodologies and managing multidisciplinary teams in conducting ambitious and exciting missions.

Alongside doctoral research on some of the algorithms shaping the contemporary web, I carried out a rich and multifaceted teaching activity.

With immense pleasure, I taught disciplines as varied as media semiology, communication history, sociology of uses, political economy of digital, history of interface design, etc.

Committed to students from Bachelor's to Master's level, I naturally had to supervise multiple research projects (I've lost count of the theses supervised, but I remember each one!) with a strong emphasis on passing on my passion for investigation!

At that time, I was also involved in multiple research collectives and participated in the organization of several interdisciplinary seminars – some of which are still bearing fruit!
