About Antoine

I am currently listening to new mission offers as aMOA Big Data, if possible around Hadoop technologies.

Graduate engineer from the Grandes Ecoles (ENSEIRB-Matmeca in Bordeaux), specialized in data analysis and more specifically around Big Data technologies since my end-of-study internship in 2014, I am looking for missions on positions rather functional access for long missions.

Having a technical-functional background, I have expertise in the areas of:
- collecting requirements,
- design,
- testing,
- organizing a project.
I have an HDP Developer certification, and thanks to my past experiences, I know how to make both technical and functional decisions.

I can manage projects and teams as I have already done on my last missions. In addition, I have a wide range of skills at the technical level (Scala, Java, SQL, Hive) from my training and experience, but also at the level of analysis, which helps me today in the job of data analyst.

With a social and curious nature, I always integrate quite quickly into the teams I join where I manage to be autonomous quickly. Finally, thanks to school exchanges and trips, I am bilingual in English and I speak Spanish fluently.

    Paris, France
As part of the digitalization of the Apave company, a large-scale project was launched to allow customers to have access to all the data sent by email previously.

Thus, online services have been launched, and to feed them, a datalake has been set up. My mission took place in the context of the implementation of the datalake.

The first weeks were access to the production of V1 of the datalake. it was therefore necessary to make the final checks through the implementation of a double run and daily checks on volumes between incoming and outgoing data. This was followed by a 2-month VSR period to validate proper operation.

In parallel with these activities, the design of V2 began, with the objective of integrating into all new data source applications.

    Objectives:
    • Plan the design and recipes,
. Arbitrate in agreement with the business technical or functional problems
. Manage the teams on a daily basis to respect the commitments

    January 2020 - Today (6 years and 5 months)
    Paris, France
After more than a year as AMOA on the project, EDF (the end customer) and Umanis (the company with whom I was providing my service), offered me the position of Scrum Master.

During this year, my main mission was to support a team of 10 people with different profiles: designers, BI developers, Big Data developers and testers. On a daily basis, it was necessary to put methods in place to ensure that the new subjects requested by the business could be carried out.

My functional knowledge allowed me to be a functional support to the team on all the stories. I was therefore able to help my Product Owner with the writing and estimation of stories in an agile manner as well as being an advisor as to the prioritization of the Backlog.

Finally and above all, I continued to implement agility through the use of the agile method and continuous improvement where retrospectives allowed the team to progress with each sprint.

    Objectives:
    • Implementation of agility and continuous improvement in an agile team of 12 people
    • Monitoring of stories embedded in a sprint with functional support to the team
    • Animation of agile ceremonies
    • Monitoring of the Prod implementation process for all the stories concerned
    • Monitoring of actions following a formal notice from the CNIL on EDF data
