I co-founded Bob le développeur with my colleagues and friends Valentin Bidard and Paul Achard in October 2020.

Following the acquisition of Medway, I joined Medylink as CTO of the company.

My mission was to lead the company's digital transformation, which aimed to shift from a business model based on door-to-door medical equipment sales to a model centered around a recurring payment digital offering including various care coordination services.

To achieve this, we assembled a team of 5 people, including a Product Owner and four developers, where I was able to mature in transversal areas such as management and product management. This experience also allowed me to develop a strong affinity with the business interests of a company and taught me to find ways to reconcile technical perspectives with those of stakeholders.

Medway is a startup supporting the world of medical technology and healthcare facilities.

Incubated by HEC at Station F, Paris. Acquired by Medylink in December 2018.

For nearly a year and a half, we worked to understand and meet the needs of the healthcare facility market. Initially focused on general medicine and then on EHPAD (nursing home) medicine, our teleconsultation solution allowed several hundred patients to be treated more quickly and effectively.

As CTO of Medway, I was responsible for designing and developing our various products to encourage their adoption by our clients. This included technical and management aspects, as well as client relations to reassure our doctors about the use of our platform.

In December 2018, we decided to sell the company to Medylink to increase our chances of penetrating the market against giants like Cegedim or Doctolib who were also entering the teleconsultation market.
