With over 20 years of experience in IT transformation, organizational development, and delivery enablement, I have built more than 30 international tech teams and led over 60 complex programs through challenging transition phases.

Project management is not an end in itself for me – but the tool that makes transformation feasible. My approach combines classic project management with agile methods – I choose the approach that fits the context. I use Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe with the same confidence as structured program and portfolio management. I use OKRs as a leadership and control instrument to make transformation measurable.

This includes ERP implementations and system selection processes, which I have led and supported in transformation roles – from requirements analysis and vendor selection to change management and key user enablement up to go-live. I actively integrate AI tools into my workflow – for structured knowledge preparation, process modeling, and decision preparation (MS Copilot, Gemini, Claude).
