Project: taking charge of CTI developments and integrations in the L3 support service.

1st project: integration of the CTI plugin into Pixmania's Zendesk environment. A success story:
2nd project: Creation of a PDF reporting for the client PhoneAvenir.fr, which displays the duration of various daily breaks for a given agent and the total durations of effective work and coaching, weekly and monthly.

3rd project: Creation of another PDF reporting for the client mars-marketing.fr, which displays for a given agent and a given date, the durations of different connections to the Hermès platform as well as the durations of different breaks. Finally, migration of the stored procedure performed in T-SQL under SQL Server to an Oracle PL/SQL package.

4th project: Implementation of a "MailExplorer" module in the "Interface Designer" tool of Hermès, which allows managing emails. Attachments must be downloadable, and the body of the email can contain images.
