Estimation & Quoting

I designed and developed estimation modules integrated directly into management interfaces: guided input of work items, automatic cost calculation, price history, and quote comparison.

The goal is always to simplify the work of field teams while ensuring the reliability of data transmitted to the final client.

AI in Estimation

I explore and integrate language models (LLMs) to assist in the automatic generation of quotes from text descriptions or site photos. AI can pre-fill quote lines, detect inconsistencies, and suggest overlooked items — significantly reducing quote production time while minimizing errors.

Electronic Signatures

I implemented fully dematerialized contract workflows: PDF document generation, sending for electronic signature, real-time status tracking, and automatic archiving. These flows cover both client contracts and internal franchise documents.

Administration & Back-office

I develop robust administration interfaces under Laravel: franchisee management, application tracking, steering dashboards, multi-database connections, rights and access management. My interfaces are built with Tailwind CSS and daisyUI for a modern and maintainable experience.

Studio Bamboo is an independent web studio specializing in online visibility and website redesign. I support companies, SMEs, and networks that want to transform their digital presence into a concrete growth lever.

SEO — Natural Referencing

I work across the entire SEO chain: technical audit, URL structure, on-page optimization, internal linking strategy, loading speed, and Core Web Vitals. I focus on both technical foundations and optimized content production, with a clear objective: to sustainably position your pages for valuable queries.

GEO — Generative Engine Optimization

With the rise of AI-generated answers (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity…), being cited by these engines is becoming as important as classic ranking. I optimize your content to be understood, cited, and recommended by LLMs: entity structuring, semantic markup, authoritative content, FAQs, and structured data. This is still a rare discipline, but already a determining one.

Website Redesign

I manage complete redesigns, from strategy to launch: existing audit, sitemap redefinition, UX/UI redesign, performant front-end development, and migration without SEO positioning loss.

Each redesign is designed to improve both user experience and organic visibility — the two are not opposed, they reinforce each other.

My approach is pragmatic: no unnecessary jargon, actions prioritized by impact, and measurable results.

Within the BEENOS group (Tokyo), I participated in the development of Linkus, an HR SaaS platform for managing foreign workers in Japan. An ambitious project with significant regulatory stakes, built on modern technologies and rigorous industrialization processes.

The Context

Facing labor shortages, Japan opened new residence statuses (Tokutei Ginou visa). However, administrative procedures were massive, complex, and managed on paper. Linkus connects the three stakeholders on a single platform: the host company, the placement agency, and the foreign worker.

Development & Architecture

Developed with Vue.js on the front-end and Laravel for the API, the application manages complex multi-actor workflows: automated generation of dozens of regulatory documents, tracking the worker's life cycle (arrival, installation, visa renewal, relocation), real-time compliance dashboards.

Stack & Industrialization

I worked in a structured team environment using Docker for environment containerization, CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and code reviews, and agile practices adapted to an international Franco-Japanese context. Code quality, stability, and maintainability were non-negotiable priorities for a production SaaS product.

What this project brought me

Working on Linkus meant combining business complexity (Japanese labor law, immigration compliance), technical requirements (multi-tenant SaaS, state workflows), and team rigor in a stimulating international context.
