Result: a complex mess.Solution:- I took into account all constraints through a process audit, then efficiently designed the redesign of the relevant database with Airtable. I then outsourced the form to Fillout and integrated the two tools, to meet the specifications of the project brief.- I also participated in the redesign of another database essential to the functioning of several departments by providing precise recommendations on how to carry out this necessary evolution, in a context of duplicates, errors, and data security.Impact:- I left Agicap with a 100% automated process, saving 6 weeks x 2 per year.
