Monitoring and preparation for site operations and maintenance of AIR LIQUIDE units on TOTAL GALAXIE projects. Responsible for the study and construction of Air Liquide regional control rooms.

Client-side Activities:

• Monitoring and managing interfaces between engineering consultants and with TOTAL Energies,

• Coordination of operational preparation activities and administrative declarations,

• Vulnerability and operational reliability study,

• Compliance with client/internal best practices and procedures,

• Preparation for site activities (Emergency Plan, contractor base, HSE plan and intervention rules, etc.),

• Coordination of technical resources (EIA, Process, Piping, Civil Engineering),

• Project phase planning, realization, and validation of schedule consistency,

• Leading and executing Basic Engineering Dossiers and Tender Documents,

• Compliance with client/internal best practices and procedures,

• Tender monitoring and bid evaluation,

• Coordination of detailed engineering, procurement, and site work subcontractors

• Interface with suppliers, contractors, and client

Site Activities:

• Primary interface between site teams (internal or external), client, end-client, Notified Bodies, and Suppliers,

• Contractor and site monitoring,

• Validation and signing of each phase and minutes of meeting,

• Ensuring the presence and validity of documents for startup,

• Technical coordination between specialists and interface with researchers,

• Technical definition of the project and adaptation to researcher requests,

• Compliance with client/internal best practices and procedures,

• Verification of process and design compatibilities,

• Review of P&ID, HAZOP / INTOX, Installation, 3D Model,

• Supplier search,

• Tendering, clarifications with suppliers, quote management and follow-up of instrumentation, piping, electrical, machinery, and integrator suppliers,
