Design and development of a complete autonomous electronic invoicing system covering the entire business cycle: quotes, signatures, invoicing, and payment tracking.

The system is designed to be installed directly on the client's hosting, without a database, without SaaS, and without critical external dependencies.

Concrete achievements:

- PDF quote generation on the browser side with automatic amount calculation, structured archiving, and customer sending.

- Quote electronic signature:

secure access via tokenized link, canvas signature (mouse/touch), archiving, and traceability.

- Server-side invoice generation:

automatic creation of the invoice and paid invoice, email sending, and complete archiving.

- Payment tracking:

dedicated interface to mark invoices as paid, metadata update, and revenue recording.

- Accounting export:

generation of monthly and annual CSV files from archived data.

- Customer auto-fill:

retrieval of information from archives (SIREN, SIRET, VAT, email, history).

- Multi-user with independent sessions to allow multiple collaborators to work within the same system.

- Action logging per session to ensure traceability of operations performed.

Technical approach:

Database-free architecture, based on structured files (PDF, JSON, CSV), with PHP backend logic and PDF generation via mpdf.

Stateless, secure, and deterministic system:

no implicit processing, complete traceability, secure sequential numbering, and timestamped archiving.

Objective:

replace SaaS invoicing tools with a simple, controlled, and sustainable solution, hosted directly at the client's premises.

Design and development of a complete recruitment campaign management system, based on automatic candidate scoring according to fully configurable criteria.

The system can be deployed directly on the client's hosting, without a database, without SaaS, and without external dependencies.

Concrete achievements:

- 3-level scoring engine: global section weight, question weight, score per answer — fully configurable via the administration interface.

- Configurable penalty system: penalties applied to the final score based on disqualifying answers defined by the recruiter.

- Recruiter dashboard: candidates ranked by score in real-time, detailed view per candidate (complete answers, CV, date, score per section).

- Multi-campaign management: creation, activation, closure, and reopening from the interface, without code intervention.

- Candidate form with conditional fields, document upload, and CSRF protection.

- Automatic emails: acknowledgment of receipt upon submission, closing email to each candidate upon campaign closure.

- CSV export of applications, UTF-8 encoded with BOM, sorted by descending score.

- Secure campaign closure: complete data deletion after closure.

Technical approach:

Database-free architecture, JSON storage per application, PHP backend logic. Deterministic and traceable system: no approximate processing, scoring calculated exclusively on structured answers.

Objective:

Replace manual candidate sorting with a configurable, reliable system hosted at the client's premises, without subscription, without a third-party platform.

Development and deployment of an autonomous multi-source data collection system, entirely self-hosted, designed for professionals wishing to extract and structure business information without relying on external services.

Main features:

- Creation of custom searches on multiple sources simultaneously (DuckDuckGo, Bing, Qwant)

- Automated collection of websites, email addresses, and phone numbers
