Co-founding with Benoit Demonchaux an SEO Agency that combines Consulting and site editing, to practice massively and thus advise relevantly.

Our services:

- Consulting: We help traffic managers, acquisition managers, marketing directors, and SEO managers to increase your traffic and revenue on Google, through natural referencing.

- Training: We offer video conferencing training, and we are working on creating an online SEO training platform (Netflix-like).

As indicated, we also do site editing. We create our sites, develop our SEO strategy, and manage these sites daily.

Our editing allows us to test the algorithm daily, to conduct numerous experiments to improve our processes and their effectiveness.

This allows us to be pragmatic, practical, and operational (thus avoiding being "100% PPT consultants").

Building on our previous years as SEO project managers, we wanted to conduct more experiments on our own operations and our own sites.

As part of my MGBU (General Management of Business Units) Master's degree, I am doing my apprenticeship at Guillebert, a company specializing in the sale of tools for green spaces for professionals. This company has the particularity of being a B2B mail-order company, with its various catalogs, email marketing, website, and its salespeople distributed throughout France as distribution channels. I am responsible for 2 product categories. My position includes the following tasks:

- Design of Marketing tools (Catalogs, email marketing, communication support for salespeople)

- Price updates,

- Management of end-of-life products,

- Supplier referencing / de-referencing

- Supplier meetings and negotiations

- Analysis of sales performance and subsequent commercial decisions

- Definition of promotional offers in agreement with our suppliers

- Participation in trade shows, supplier meetings, product committees

- Product range rationalization
