Dans le cadre de cette mission, j’ai assuré la coordination des différents groupes de travail techniques, contribué à l’harmonisation des standards et documents techniques, et endossé ponctuellement le rôle de rédacteur technique pour les documents produits par Current OS.

In this mission, I was responsible for coordinating the different technical working groups, harmonizing the development of technical standards and documentation, and occasionally acting as a technical editor for Current OS documents.

Project:

Cala is a FoodTech company led by a team of 30 people who are working to create a fully autonomous pasta cooking robot and manage revolutionary restaurants.

Achievements:

○ Electrical power balance for all actuators and sensors.

○ Sizing of cables and protection equipment

○ Creation of the electrical architecture

○ Creation of electrical diagrams

○ Creation and ordering of electrical bills of materials

○ Selection of suppliers

○ 3D digital model (CAD models of cabinets and routing of electrical harnesses, pneumatic and hydraulic pipes)

○ Design and manufacture of all electrical cabinets and harnesses for electrical distribution

○ Routing and wiring of subsystems to connect all sensors and actuators (including pneumatic and hydraulic equipment)

○ CE certification with a complete risk analysis on robots

○ Recruitment and management of manufacturing and electrical maintenance technicians

Project:

Stanley Robotics has developed a robotic valet service, available for all types of personal cars, which implies that everyone can leave and pick up their locked car at the entrance to the parking lot.

○ The service works with a driverless robotic platform that picks up, moves and stores all vehicles, without modifying the existing infrastructure.

○ The management system coordinates all robots (AGV) and ensures a more rational use of parking space by storing more vehicles in a given physical space (stack parking).

Achievements:

○ Optimization and industrialization of wiring processes/methods in compliance with EMC rules (creation of wiring harnesses in partnership with an external company).

○ Design, testing and implementation of new robot features (24/7 remote monitoring with waterproof cameras and headlights, battery & li-ion charger technology, implementation of sensors...).

○ Creation and updating of electrical diagrams

○ Electrical expertise of all robot equipment (with a secure system approach)
