Responsibilities as Lead Product Manager:

- In charge of the Know Your Customer (KYC) / Know Your Business (KYB) vertical, with KPIs of +40% KYC and +75% KYB to achieve

- Keeping informed about the evolution of current regulations (DSP2, AML, etc.) to anticipate their implementation and identify their impacts

- Consolidating our main market: identifying friction points in our clients' user journey, optimizing document validation rates, defining projects to address friction points, etc.

- International development: identifying key market players and developing strategic partnerships.

- Working in close collaboration with top management (CEO, CPO, and CCO): regular reporting, progress summaries, pitching projects to be addressed to achieve KPIs, etc.

Main achievements as Product Manager:

- Monetization project: implementation of instant payment for B2B. A service that allows any of our clients' users to request an instant transfer to their account, in less than 15 seconds and under certain conditions.

=> collaboration with our shareholders, co-construction of their API

=> 90% success in Beta phase ✅

- Regulatory project: replacement of the service provider responsible for verifying the identity of our users

=> tender and analysis of existing solutions

=> design of the target solution and implementation

=> migration plan: with 350 to 400k verification requests per month, the objective was to secure the migration to avoid service disruptions for our clients

=> average conversion rate: above 75%, aligned with our pre-migration KPIs ✅

- Team of ten people, responsible for about thirty applications within the Global Markets platform. On a daily basis, I was the point of contact for the Business and the technical expert for seven of these applications, particularly those related to Bonds or Commodities.

- Weekly/monthly meetings with Product Owners to discuss upcoming features, prepare communication for our clients, and be able to effectively support the Business.

- Creation of JIRA tickets for resolving identified bugs for integration and prioritization in subsequent Sprints.

- Writing on-demand database queries & monitoring the application's health status using Splunk.

Main achievement: development of a proof of concept (PoC) for real-time baggage tracking, called 'Where Is My Bag'.

- The application runs locally on the Amadeus network and, thanks to Ionic's cross-platform technology, runs on iOS & Android operating systems with a single codebase.

- The application updates in real-time and reacts to actions performed by an agent scanning the baggage with an Amadeus scanner. This scanner retrieves key information about the baggage such as the owner's contact details, their final destination, the number of planned layovers, etc., and therefore also indicates when the baggage was last seen, allows actions to be performed on it, etc.

- POC validated following the presentation to other departments and the subsidiary located in the United States ✅
