Responsible for the purchasing coordination of three major annual industrial shutdowns representing up to $220 million in commitments, I managed multidisciplinary teams, oversaw risks, ensured priority visibility, and prepared strategic files for governance bodies.

I developed a transverse management tool centralizing risks, priorities, critical items, action plans, and KPIs. Used by purchasing, supply chain, and operations teams, it also fed reports for the Purchasing Department, the Site President, and group governance bodies in Switzerland and Australia.
