I've seen far too many cumbersome, difficult-to-manage organizations.

Indicators everywhere, documents and more documents (and clearly useless!!!).

Quality and HSE managers, executives, and employees exhausted by this burden.

I do this job as an HSE consultant to change this image 🙌

I consider HSE to be a facilitator, at the service of teams and management.

It has to be sexy!

The world is evolving, and so is HSE.

So for me, two notions are fundamental: communication and optimization!

Communication in all its aspects.

It needs to be beautiful, understandable, and simple to read. We need to make people want it!

And optimization because I think we spend too much time repeating the same tasks.

Especially for making reports, relaying information, etc. And this time is lost forever.

We need to optimize tools to spend more time with people and contribute to problem-solving.
