Anthony Coppola

A cook since the age of 16 in gastronomic restaurants, some of which were Michelin-starred, I have built myself up throughout my career. I have met wonderful people, and sometimes people who were inwardly alone and fragile. This is where I began to develop my listening and analytical skills for each specific case. When I saw them re-energized, it was like a mission accomplished, and if it meant talking for hours, then we talked for hours. My sole objective was to save that person so they could go even further and further with the whole team. Today, I have my own restaurant, and my team is my little family. Team management is very complicated but essential for the smooth running of the business.
