Following my experience as a business architect on the upstream OPE program, I gained a precise vision of what product references should be for finished product factories.

A PLM is a product lifecycle management tool, allowing the creation of a repository of products, processes, and bills of materials, and managing the evolution of each and their potential impacts on the rest of the production chain.

The two programs I participated in managed their bills of materials; the 60 tire manufacturing plants, Michelin's core added value, remained. I therefore carried out the following tasks:
Project Manager: I found a first client, a reasonable scope, built a business and IT team,
Product Manager: build the technical-functional vision of the new process and its tools
On such a technical subject, it was a challenge to share a vision with decision-makers, clients, and internal teams.
