DevOps within the Digital Working department of BNP Paribas, my first mission was to design and implement automation solutions tailored to BNP's internal needs, primarily for the approximately 200,000 user accounts internationally. To organize my team's work, I also implemented a backlog manager, a versioning solution, and continuous integration and deployment, within an Agile context, while leading daily team meetings. My achievements include implementing solutions mainly for provisioning, automation for internal and external communication, management of application mailbox flows, management of application licenses and services for users, as well as management of application monitoring within the Digital Working department.

As a Technical Lead within the CDS/DEL department of Société Générale, my objective was to implement the automation of application deployment for approximately 40,000 workstations, integration, continuous deployment, creation of templates, modules, and best development practices within the teams. I also supervised the development of essential tools and solutions to improve efficiency, production, and compliance. My role included organizing French and Indian development teams.

As a Business Analyst at AXA Group Solution, I contributed to the international AURA project by conducting risk analyses, providing consulting, and presenting application integration plans. I also performed quality tests before integration and created dashboards. My responsibilities included various projects such as implementing the AURA risk analysis rules engine, automating reports, securing customer forms, and migrating to SHA-2.
