Does CSR seem complex, time-consuming, or reserved for large corporations? That's exactly why I created Oser la RSE.
After 9 years as a marketing consultant and director, I chose in 2021 to support companies that sense that economic, social, and environmental issues will change their business, and who want to prepare for them concretely, without having a dedicated CSR person internally.
Oser la RSE is now a collective of 6 independent consultants and a Qualiopi-certified training organization, based in Nouvelle-Aquitaine and operating throughout France.

Our "FormActions" combine training and collaborative workshops to help you structure your CSR approach in 4 steps: identify your issues, conduct your diagnosis, build your action plan, produce a CSR report ready to be shared in your tenders and with your partners.
⭐️ We are Qualiopi certified and our programs are eligible for funding through your OPCO.
In 2025, we supported 126 people. Satisfaction score: 8.9/10. 100% of our clients recommend us.
For companies wishing to go further, we offer tailor-made support of 8 to 10 days over 6 months, as well as awareness-raising workshops for your teams.
