Within the Queensland Government Reporting team (Brisbane), I evolved as an AI & Data Engineer with the mission to optimize the exploitation and valorization of internal and public data.

I led the design and deployment of a generative AI-based augmented search solution (RAG), enabling rapid extraction of strategic information from massive volumes of textual documents. This solution significantly reduced information search time and improved the ability of business teams to obtain reliable and contextualized answers.

In parallel, I contributed to the development and maintenance of data pipelines on Azure and Databricks, ensuring the quality, robustness, and continuity of reporting processes.

Finally, I participated in the design and production of interactive dashboards on Power BI, facilitating dynamic data analysis and supporting decision-making at various organizational levels.

As part of the creation of a consulting firm in Nouméa, I worked as an AI & Data Engineer to design and develop new service offerings focused on artificial intelligence.

I led several innovative proof-of-concepts, including: the implementation of a local ChatGPT integrating RAG via LangChain to query all internal documentation, the design of a natural language interface to execute actions via text queries, and the development of an OCR tool to extract and highlight key information from PDF documents.

In parallel, I supported teams in discovering and adopting AI to improve their daily productivity, optimized data workflows, and valorized company data to strengthen decision-making and support client projects. I also participated in responding to tenders for AI projects, contributing to the firm's business development.

At Foodstuffs, I led the migration of over 40,000 product records from SAP to a cloud solution, to meet the new FANZ standards for food safety and allergen declaration. I designed and integrated Python and VBA ETL scripts to automate data extraction, cleaning, and validation, ensuring their reliability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Beyond the technical aspect, I organized and coordinated IT, food safety, and business teams, while liaising with the cooperative's 122 stores to facilitate the deployment and understanding of new processes. I conducted change management initiatives, training users on new workflows and tools to ensure rapid and effective adoption.

In parallel, I produced reports and interactive dashboards on Power BI, allowing teams to visualize and leverage data to support strategic and operational decision-making. This project strengthened product data quality and optimized internal processes, while ensuring regulatory compliance and business continuity.
