Migration project to a new ERP within a large banking group. Integrated into the team responsible for the migration pivot objects.

Main Responsibilities:

Analysis & Technical Specifications: Facilitating workshops with business teams, analyzing the source database, and writing technical specifications for the creation of migration pivot files.

Development & Testing: Development and technical validation of pivot objects (SQL), technical quality checks of pivots.

Data Injection: Participation in injection campaigns into the target environment, monitoring and analysis of results.

Data Quality & Reporting: Development of post-injection monitoring reports, adjustments to mapping and cleaning rules.

Source Data Reliability: Implementation of analysis reports for inconsistencies and missing data, enabling corrective actions by business teams before migration.

Tools & Processes: Implementation of monitoring dashboards in JIRA for the migration team, structuring the team's ticketing process and workflow.

Support & Coordination: Upskilling new joiners, creating internal procedures, continuous improvement of team practices.

Environment: SQL, IBM Db2 on AS/400 platform, JIRA, business ERP, internal injection tools, Excel

Crowdtesting on multiple platforms.

Testing campaigns for short-term missions (web, mobile applications...).

National project to migrate a paid leave and bad weather management application for the BTP Funds network.

Main Missions:

Functional Test Design & Execution: Writing and executing test cases in MTM / Azure DevOps across several domains: enrollment (companies), leave (employees), GED (cross-functional domain), and Output Management.

Anomaly Collection & Management: Tracking user feedback via JIRA, prioritizing, and liaising with development teams.

Test Strategy & Continuous Improvement: Participation in defining the test strategy in a continuous delivery context.

QA Tools POC: Conducting a proof of concept to identify the most suitable test repository management tool (comparison: Quality Center, Selenium, Squash TM, TestLink, Azure DevOps).

QA Tools Implementation: Full configuration and maintenance of Azure DevOps as the central project lifecycle management tool (tests, deliveries, documentation, etc.) for a team of over 70 people.

Data Analysis: Extracting datasets from Oracle and IBM Db2 databases for test scenario creation.

GED & Output Management Referent: Functional expert for document management (ITESOFT Share) and Output Management (Cypress) modules.

Training & Integration: Onboarding and supporting new employees within the homologation team.
