10-month civic service mission within an Italian social cooperative specializing in social inclusion and support for vulnerable individuals.

Management and coordination of social projects:

→ Inclusive open mic nights: Complete organization of cultural events open to people with disabilities. Logistics coordination, facilitation, creation of a space for artistic expression and sharing. Goal: promote social inclusion through culture and break isolation.

→ Solidarity community gardens: Creation and management of community gardens to produce fruits and vegetables for those in need. Gardening workshop facilitation, volunteer coordination, distribution of harvests to beneficiaries. Direct social and environmental impact.

→ Organization of concerts and events: Technical setup of concert stages, event logistics management, team coordination, scheduling, and facilitation. Events for 50 to 200 people.

→ Social restaurant: Kitchen work in a solidarity restaurant serving meals at a pay-what-you-can price for vulnerable populations.
