Ansgar Hein

My name is Ansgar Hein and my area of expertise as a marketing consultant lies at the intersection of marketing, sales, and digital transformation. For over 20 years, I have been developing successful strategies and concepts for various industries. What drives me are challenges and their solutions, from the conceptual-strategic part to the operational implementation of defined measures.

In over 180 successfully implemented marketing and sales projects, I have led teams and employees, developed and implemented brand strategies, created and monitored communication and budget plans, and managed campaigns, events, and trade fairs. As a digital native, I am a digitalization professional and have been responsible for over 60 website and app launches, from small to very large. I have equally successfully designed internal processes, from content marketing and newsroom, through efficient and transparent task management, to process documentation and the development of internal academies.

My agile mindset and my high IT and technical know-how help me as a marketing consultant and interim marketing manager to convince stakeholders and customers alike and to achieve jointly defined goals. Furthermore, as a former editor of an IT magazine, I am well-connected, think entrepreneurially as the founder of two companies, and possess strong analytical skills as well as a pronounced implementation orientation.

As the son of a controller, I am inherently equipped with a particularly high affinity for numbers. This helps me in the creative design of budgets as well as in data-driven marketing, one of my pet projects. My personality profile is "Teacher," and thus I continuously develop employees and organizations.
