- advice in commercial law;

- drafting of contractual documents (service agreements, partnership agreements, subcontracting agreements, distribution agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc.),

- drafting of commercial leases, transfer of lease rights, transfer of business assets;

- compliance (drafting legal notices, general terms and conditions of sale, use, and service, privacy policy, data protection, etc.).

I work in both French and English.

Fees will be determined according to the type and complexity of the case.
