SNCF Réseau is responsible for the maintenance of the French railway network. During maintenance or construction work, SNCF agents procure materials from depots located throughout the country. I was involved in the inventory management tool used to manage this material. I was responsible for corrective and evolutionary maintenance. This involved gathering business needs, writing specifications, monitoring development, performing acceptance testing, and organizing deliveries. I also set up a SharePoint knowledge base to facilitate the training of new employees and exchanges between teams.

MGEN, the leading mutual insurance company for public sector employees, engaged my services for the redesign of its authorization system. At the time of my involvement, MGEN already managed authorizations by professional profile. For example, a new management controller would automatically receive a package of rights granting access to management/finance applications related to their role. The existing system needed structural and user interface improvements. I conducted an analysis of the existing system and proposed a solution. After client validation, I wrote the specifications, monitored development, performed acceptance testing, and organized deployments. In terms of change management, I trained business stakeholders, wrote documentation, and managed communication.
