Pantheon Research, a Swiss FinTech company, entrusted me with the organization and coordination of their first Convention, held in early December 2023 in Lyon.

The objective of this event was to bring together clients and subscribers of Pantheon Research for a day of conferences, quick-meeting workshops, and networking to discuss the economy of tomorrow, financial investments, and future investments.

As part of this mission, after conducting a technical visit of the chosen venue and adapting the spaces to the needs of this special day, I mobilized my network to propose suitable suppliers and partners.

I mobilized a mobile bar service to offer a tasting of exceptional wines, orchestrated the services of a local caterer for lunch and gourmet breaks, respecting responsible economy and seasonal products. Additionally, I engaged a production company to coordinate the video recording of conferences and practical workshops, as well as the management of a videoconference with a renowned speaker.

Furthermore, I managed the photographer/videographer commissioned for the day, as well as the security guards and reception staff.

Prior to the event, I managed the day's timeline and budget monitoring in close collaboration with the internal teams of Pantheon Research. I also oversaw the creation of welcome packs and communication tools offered to participants to enhance the brand image of Pantheon Research.

Finally, on the day of the event, beyond the reception duties and the management of the Pantheon Research team, speakers, guests, and various suppliers, I coordinated and ensured adherence to the schedule so that the 180 attendees had a wonderful day that met their expectations.
